The Boho Jumpsuit That Earned Its Keep
The jumpsuit at nineteen ninety-nine, with the 41% code, is the one I’d grab if I could only pick one thing from this list. The reviews are surprisingly detailed for a sub-twenty-dollar romper. One buyer wrote:"I bought several over the last 10 years. Those were a gauze crinkle fabric. This fabric won't shrink like gauze. Long; I am 5'10\" and it brushes the floor. I like it long personally. Roomy legs for ease of movement. I love these jumpers on a busy day of walking running errands, vacation, cooking, baking & sewing."That’s the kind of review I trust. The new fabric is polyester-based rather than gauze, so it won’t shrink unevenly. The adjustable straps and elastic armholes apparently fix the gape problem earlier versions had. One shorter reviewer at 5’1” said the XS fits perfectly and she bought it in two colors. A 5’8” reviewer at 190 lbs bought XL for a baggier fit and noted it runs a little short for her preference. The tradeoff is length. If you’re under 5’7”, it may brush the floor or need hemming.
The Lounge Set with the Pilling Problem
The two-piece lounge set at $29.99 is the other product with actual customer reviews. A 3-star review tells the whole story:"outfit is comfortable, soft, not heavy but not thin. True to size. Only gave 3 stars because the fabric tends to pill. It developed little balls like we're my seat belt sits then after a couple washings I noticed more. I purchased a fabric shaver because I really like the outfit and wear it often. BTW it washes very well outside of that."The fabric pills within a few washes, especially in high-friction areas. If you own a fabric shaver, this is manageable. The 5-star reviews love the color saturation and the softness. One taller buyer (5’8”) said the shorts ran a bit short for her taste. Another said the longer top helped disguise the shorts length.
